"I only went out for a walk and finally concluded to stay out
till sundown, for going out, I found, was really going in."

John Muir (1838–1914)

Treatments are mostly covered by health insurance companies. Patients are advised to check their own individual policies before commencing treatment.

All sessions are individually tailored to suit specific needs. After talking things through, I will normally combine a physical examination and diagnosis followed by a hands on treatment to address the appropriate symptoms, whether from whiplash, wear and tear, or other trauma. My main experience is in treating spinal injury, often leading to neck and shoulder pain, headaches, sciatica or even painful feet!

Treatment may include massage or mobilisation or exercises of the affected areas together with a global treatment which involves contact on the feet or the head. This is always followed up by exercises and a personalised advice sheet at each attendance.
