Craniosacral Therapy

A craniosacral therapist is able to palpate and feel subtle changes in the quality of different tissues using light touch. This is particularly where recent and chronic trauma, of any origin has been a factor.

Craniosacral therapy is profoundly helpful in any condition, irrespective of the cause.

"I go to nature to be soothed and healed,
and to have my senses put in order."

John Burroughs

By supporting the body’s innate ability to balance, heal and restore itself, it can help to improve general vitality. This enables the body to readjust itself naturally, with minimal intervention from the therapist.

I trained at the College of Craniosacral Therapy in North London, with Thomas Atlee D.O. and regularly update my CPD with appropriate seminars. I can also be found on a site specifically for physiotherapists who are also craniosacral therapists.
